We’re almost at the end of June, y’all.
You know what that means? Time to check in on those goals you set back in January.
And if you're sitting there thinking, “Damn… I’ve abandoned my goals and haven’t accomplished sht,”*———————————————— listen to me:
It’s OKAY.
Because mi amor, that’s the beauty of halftime.
The year is a game, and we’re at the halfway mark. Which means you can turn this sh*t around.

Halftime Inspo ⛰️
The Utah Jazz pulled off the biggest comeback in NBA history on November 27, 1996. They were down 70-36 at halftime — and still came back to beat the Denver Nuggets 107-103.
Let that sink in. Down 36 points, and still pulled it off.
Now heres the strategy we’re gonna use to get there
Get Rid of The Shame, You’re Human. Sh*t Happens.
Shame will paralyze you before you even start.
It’ll whisper that “maybe next year” lie in your ear.
NO.
We’re not waiting for next year. You inherited that shame from your environment and conditioning.
Giving into it is like handing the win to everybody who doubted you.
And baby… we don’t fold like that.
We regroup. We bounce back. We GET UP.
Audit Your Environment (Yep, All of It)
You can't grow in chaos.
I’m talking your physical space and your people.
Your circle should be piping you up. If they’re not?
You’re not in a circle. You’re in a cage. You really ARE the sum of the 5 people you’re around on a daily basis. So tighten up.
🌊 Clean your car.
🌊 Organize your closet.
🌊Toss out what’s no longer serving you.
🌊 Make space for the life you’re trying to build.
A clean space = a clear mind. Period.

Here’s the real tea: willpower won’t carry you through 6 months of goals.
You need structure and a system to help you stay on track.
👆🏼This is a picture of my Life Dashboard I use in Notion.
(This enables me to track running two companies, 3 kids in sports, and my dog.)
This dashboard is my second brain. I’ve customized it to work with my ADHD, not against it.
You don’t have to get fancy fr, A Google Sheet, a paper planner, or even a weekly whiteboard schedule will do.
Just pick something and commit to it like it’s your best friend.

Change the Type of Content You’re Consuming
Look your digital diet matters just as much as your real one.
If you’re serious about stepping into a new version of yourself, then your timeline needs to reflect that.
Start following creators, YouTubers, and influencers who are already living the life you want to live.
🌊 The aesthetic.
🌊The routine.
🌊 The freedom.
And listen don’t let jealousy or imposter syndrome block your blessings.
That voice saying, “I could never do that…” is lying. You just haven’t normalized it yet.
Go find 3 YouTubers today that embody your dream reality.
Watch how they move. Let it shift your perspective.
Because the moment you start believing it’s possible for you — it starts becoming real

Set Goals You Can Measure (Not Just Manifest)
“I wanna be a content creator and get paid off social media” sounds cute...
But it’s not tangible enough. That’s a wish, not a goal.
Let’s get specific:
➡️ “I want to start making money on TikTok by getting into the TikTok Creator Program by the end of the year.”
That’s a trackable goal.
Next step:
Go research the requirements.
TikTok Creator Program needs:
100K views in the last 30 days
Cool now you break that down:
✔️ Grow by 2,000 followers/month
✔️ Create a content tracker
✔️ Monitor your monthly views
BOOM. Now your dream has a blueprint.
💌 My Purest Intention With Today’s Newsletter
Is simple:
Don’t give up on yourself.
You deserve to give yourself every single opportunity to win.
And let me remind you: time ain’t even real.
It’s a social construct. A made-up rule.
You don’t have to wait for the 1st.
You don’t have to wait for Monday.
Or Sunday.
Or “when you feel ready.”
Start today.
Start right now, with exactly what you’ve got in your hands.
Messy, imperfect, unfiltered just do it anyway.
You are worth the second chance.
The comeback.
The restart.
The reintroduction.
You got this.
I believe in you heavy. Now go believe in you

This is your halftime too. So tell me:
What are you recommitting to?
What goal are you picking back up, even if it’s dusty?
What comeback energy are you walking into July with?
Reply to this email and drop your truth. I’ll feature one response each week (with your permission, of course), because your voice matters and your story might just be the spark someone else needs.
Let’s make this a space where we remind each other that starting over is still starting.
